The BA-CA TennisTrophy 2006 took place from October 9 to October 15, 2006 in Vienna . It was part of the International Series Gold 2007. The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 32 players, that of the double competition of 16 pairs.

In the individual, the Croatian defending champion Ivan Ljubičić successfully defended his title with a final victory over the Chilean Fernando González .

Last year's winners Mark Knowles and Daniel Nestor did not compete in doubles . It was won by the Serbian duo Petr Pála / Pavel Vízner , who narrowly defeated the Austrian couple Julian Knowle / Jürgen Melzer 6: 4, 3: 6, [12:10] in the final.
