Brach is a French commune in the department of Gironde in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine with 667 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Lesparre-Médoc and the canton of Le Sud-Médoc (until 2015: canton of Castelnau-de-Médoc ). The inhabitants are called Brachois .

Brach is located about 25 kilometers northwest of Bordeaux in the Médoc landscape . Brach is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Carcans in the north, Listrac-Médoc in the east, Sainte-Hélène in the south and Lacanau in the west and south-west.
