Saint-Germain-d'Esteuil ( Occitan : Sent German d'Estulh ) is a French commune in the department of Gironde in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Aquitaine ) with 1,234 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Lesparre-Médoc and the canton of Le Nord-Médoc (until 2015: Canton of Lesparre-Médoc ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Germinois .

Saint-Germain-d'Esteuil is located about 55 kilometers north-northwest of Bordeaux in the Médoc . Saint-Germain-d'Esteuil is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Ordonnac in the north and northeast, Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne in the east and northeast, Vertheuil in the east, Cissac-Médoc in the southeast, Saint-Laurent-Médoc in the south, Hourtin in the Southwest and Lesparre-Médoc in the west and northwest.

The former route nationale 215 (today's D1215) runs through the municipality .
