Cissac-Medoc is a French commune in the department of Gironde in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine with 2,146 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Lesparre-Médoc and the canton of Le Nord-Médoc (until 2015: canton of Pauillac ). The inhabitants are called Cissacais .

Cissac-Médoc is located about 47 kilometers north-northwest of Bordeaux in the Médoc . Cissac-Médoc is surrounded by the neighboring communities Vertheuil in the north, Saint-Estèphe in the east, Pauillac in the south-east, Saint-Sauveur in the south, Saint-Laurent-Médoc in the south-west and Saint-Germain-d'Esteuil in the west and north-west.
