Moulis-en-Médoc is a French commune in the department of Gironde in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine with 1,830 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Lesparre-Médoc and the canton of Le Sud-Médoc (until 2015: canton of Castelnau-de-Médoc ).

Moulis-en-Médoc is located about 28 kilometers northwest of Bordeaux near the estuary of the Gironde . Moulis-en-Médoc is surrounded by the neighboring communities Listrac-Médoc in the north and west, Lamarque in the north and north-east, Arcins in the north-east, Soussans in the east, Avensan in the south and east, Castelnau-de-Médoc in the south and south-west and Saint- Hélène in the southwest.
