Listrac-Medoc is a French commune in the department of Gironde in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine with 2,764 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Lesparre-Médoc and the canton of Le Sud-Médoc (until 2015: canton of Castelnau-de-Médoc ).

Listrac-Médoc is located about 15 kilometers northwest of Bordeaux . Listrac-Médoc is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Laurent-Médoc in the north, Cussac-Fort-Médoc in the northeast, Lamarque in the east, Moulis-en-Médoc in the south, Sainte-Hélène in the southwest, Brach in the west and Carcans in the west and Northwest.
The former route nationale 215 (today's D1215) runs through the municipality .
