Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne is located about 53 kilometers north-northwest of Bordeaux in the Médoc on the Gironde estuary . Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Saint-Yzans-de-Médoc in the north, Saint-Estèphe in the south, Vertheuil in the south-west, Saint-Sauveur in the south, Saint-Germain-d'Esteuil in the west and Ordonnac in the Northwest.
