Saint-Yzans-de-Médoc ( Occitan : Sent Dicenç de Medoc ) is a French commune in the department of Gironde in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Aquitaine ) with 374 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Lesparre-Médoc and the canton of Le Nord-Médoc (until 2015: Canton of Lesparre-Médoc ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Yzannais .

Saint-Yzans-de-Médoc is located about 57 kilometers north-northwest of Bordeaux in the Médoc on the Gironde estuary . Saint-Yzans-de-Médoc is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Christoly-Médoc in the north, Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne in the south, Ordonnac in the south-west, Blaignan-Prignac in the west and Couquèques in the north-west.
