Couquèques is located about 60 kilometers north-northwest of Bordeaux in the Médoc . Couquèques is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bégadan in the north and north-west, Saint-Christoly-Médoc in the east and north-east, Saint-Yzans-de-Médoc in the south and south-east, Blaignan-Prignac in the south and south-west and Civrac-en-Médoc in the west.
