Brovello-Carpugnino is a municipality in the Italian province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola (VB) in the Piedmont region .

The place is at an altitude of 445 m above sea level. M. The municipality covers an area of ​​8  km² . history

Brovello is first mentioned in the sources with the name Broello since 1235 and was certainly a fortified center, even if the castle fell into disrepair in the 15th century. The medieval core of the village reveals its origins, which are evidenced by preserved old farmhouses; a small path leads down to the Airola-Scoccia stream, which is crossed by an old stone bridge.
