The Coppa Italia 1940/41 , the Italian cup competition , began in the 1940/41 season on September 22, 1940 with the first round matches. The final took place on June 8, 1941 between AC Venice and AS Roma . AC Venice decided the final after a 3: 3 in the Stadio Nazionale del PNF in Rome and a 1: 0 in the replay on June 15, 1941 in the Stadio Pierluigi Penzo in Venice. This was the first and only cup win in the club's history for AC Venice.
