Coppa Italia 1964/65
The 1964/65 Coppa Italia , the football cup competition for club teams in Italy for the 1964/65 season, was won by Juventus Turin . Juve prevailed against Inter Milan in the final and won the Coppa Italia for the fifth time. The team of coach Heriberto Herrera won 1-0 and became the successor to AS Roma , who had prevailed against AC Turin last year, but were eliminated this time in the semi-finals.
As the Italian cup winners in 1964/65, Juventus qualified for the European Cup Winners' Cup of the following year, where the end came in the first round against the English representative Liverpool FC .
