DFB Cup 1967/68

DFB Cup winner in 1968 was the first FC Cologne . With VfL Bochum , a regional league team reached the final of the DFB Cup for the second time since the introduction of the Bundesliga in 1963 . In addition to Karlsruher SC, VfB Stuttgart and Borussia Mönchengladbach, Bochum also defeated defending champion and European Cup winner FC Bayern Munich in the semi-finals.
