The Honda Pilot 3 is the third edition of the Honda Pilot passenger vehicle from the Japanese car manufacturer Honda and competes in the SUV class . The vehicle debuted at the Chicago Auto Show in February 2015, and production began in Lincoln , Alabama , United States in May 2015 . The first vehicles could be bought in June 2015. The vehicle is on a platform with the Acura MDX .

The SUV is designed for the American market and is not sold in Europe.
