In the Un Certain Regard section , the following films were presented this year:

Balzac and the little Chinese dressmaker from Dai Sijie , Summer in New York from Peter Sollett , Madame Satã from Karim Aïnouz , Ten Minutes Older (short film role by several directors). The Un Certain Regard prize was awarded this year, the Thai film Sud sanaeha by Apichatpong Weerasethakul .
