Jeu-les-Bois is a French commune with a population of 394 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Indre in the Region Center-Val de Loire ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Châteauroux and the canton of Saint-Gaultier (until 2015: canton of Ardentes ). The inhabitants are called Jocolois .

Jeu-les-Bois is located about 17 kilometers south-southeast of Châteauroux on the Bouzanne and its tributary Gourdon . Jeu-les-Bois is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Le Poinçonnet in the north and north-west, Ardentes in the north and north-east, Mers-sur-Indre in the east, Lys-Saint-Georges in the south, Buxières-d'Aillac in the south and south-west and Arthon in the West.
