The Netanyahu IV Cabinet ( Hebrew מֶמְשֶׁלֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל הַשְׁלוֹשִׁים וְאַרְבַּע) is the fourth cabinet under Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu . It was the 34th government of the State of Israel .
After the parliamentary elections in March 2015 , the parties Likud , United Torah Judaism , Shas , Kulanu and HaBajit haJehudi negotiated a common government. The parties together hold a narrow majority of 61 of the 120 seats in the Knesset . On May 6, 2015, the cabinet was presented after lengthy negotiations and sworn in on May 14, 2015.
