Lieusaint is a French municipality with 13,291 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Seine-et-Marne in the region Ile-de-France about 33 km south-southeast of Paris . The inhabitants of the municipality call themselves Lieusaintais .

Lieusaint is the RER D tethered. The A5 motorway and the Francilienne also pass through the municipality .

Lieusaint is surrounded by the neighboring communities Combs-la-Ville in the north, Moissy-Cramayel in the east, Savigny-le-Temple in the south, Saint-Pierre-du-Perray in the west and Tigery in the north-west.

To the north of the municipality is the Forêt de Sénart .
