List of female soccer players with at least 50 international goals

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Christine Sinclair , player with the most international goals

The list of soccer players with at least 50 international goals includes soccer players with at least 50 goals in international matches. So far, 17 players have managed to score at least 100 international goals. The last time Alex Morgan managed to do this was on April 4, 2019 - which only one male player, Iranian Ali Daei , managed. The world record holder has been the Canadian Christine Sinclair since January 29, 2020 , who replaced the American Abby Wambach as the record holder with two goals in the game against St. Kitts and Nevis . In 2013 she replaced her compatriot Mia Hamm . Its predecessor, the Italian Elisabetta Vignotto , was the first player to score 100 goals. As the last player to date, the American Christen Press scored her 50th international goal in a friendly against Sweden on November 7, 2019 . The Norwegian Dagny Mellgren , who ended her career in 2005, narrowly missed the 50 mark with 49 goals.
