NGC 7006 is a galactic globular cluster in the constellation Delphinus in the northern sky . It has a diameter of 3 ′, 6 and an apparent magnitude of 10.6 mag. The cluster is 140,000 light years from the solar system and orbits the center of the Milky Way on a very eccentric orbit. The object was discovered by Wilhelm Herschel on August 21, 1784 (listed as an NGC object).
