Siderno is 107 km northeast of Reggio Calabria on the northeast slope of Aspromonte on the coast of the Ionian Sea . The neighboring communities are Agnana Calabra , Gerace , Grotteria , Locri and Mammola . The place consists of the districts Donisi, Vennerello, Mirto, Campo, Ferraro, Zammariti, Oliveto, Pellegrina, Grappidaro, Gonia, Flavia, Salvi, Lamia, San Policarpo and Fossicalì.
