use American Samoa

The American Samoas seal , an American outlying area in the southern Pacific Ocean , has a round shield and shows Samoan symbols of mythology and culture in black and white. The two crossed objects, which represent wisdom and the ceremonial staff, the dignity of the state, are striking. In the center is a kava bowl that is reminiscent of the shape of a Polynesian round hut.

The motto "SAMOA MUAMUA LE ATUA" at the bottom of the seal means "Samoa, may God be first". At the top it says “SEAL OF AMERICAN SAMOA * 17. April 1900 ". The black writing is on white and both text fields on the edge are connected by an engraving made up of a large number of small triangles.
