Watergate is a census-designated place (CDP) in Palm Beach County in the US state of Florida with 2942 inhabitants (as of 2010).

Watergate is around 50 km south of West Palm Beach . The CDP is affected by US Highway 441 ( SR 7 ).

Demographic data

According to the 2010 census, the then 2942 inhabitants were distributed over 1116 households. The population density was 2775.5 inh / km². 85.3% of the population identified themselves as whites , 5.0% as African American , 1.2% as Indians and 1.6% as Asian Americans . 4.1% said they belonged to another ethnic group and 2.9% to several ethnic groups. 20.1% of the population were Hispanics or Latinos .
