10 km walk

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

10 km walking is an athletics discipline that takes place on the street. In contrast to runners, walkers must always have contact with the ground, at least without any interruption that is visible to the human eye. In addition, the walker must keep the front leg straight from touching the ground to reaching the vertical position. These regulations are monitored by the judges during the competition.
