The 37th National Hockey League All-Star Game was played on February 12, 1985 in Calgary . The game took place at the Olympic Saddledome , host Calgary Flames' venue . The All-Stars of the Prince of Wales Conference beat those of the Campbell Conference 6: 4. The game saw 16,825 spectators. Mario Lemieux of the Pittsburgh Penguins was named MVP .
