The district of Aizpute (Aizputes novads) (German Baltic district of Hasenpoth ) is located in western Latvia in the historical region of Kurzeme .

The district consists of the five municipalities (pagasts) Aizpute (Land), Cīrava, Kalvene, Kazdanga, Laža and the administrative center Aizpute (German: Hasenpoth ). 10,368 inhabitants (2010) live in the Aizpute district.
