Alanna Noel Ubach (born October 3, 1975 in Downey , California ) is an American actress and voice actress of Puerto Rican - Mexican descent.

Life

Ubach is the daughter of Sidna and Rodolfo Ubach. She has a sister named Athena. Her father is from San Juan , Puerto Rico , and her Los Angeles- raised mother was from Sinaloa , Mexico .

Ubach played Lillie in the play Club Soda in 1991 . During this time she got one of the leading roles, assistant Josie, in the television series Beakman's World . She played this role from 1992 to 1993 and received a Young Artist Award nomination in 1993 in the category "Outstanding Performers in a Childrens Program". Her early film roles include appearances in Cool Blades - Only Victory Counts (1993), Sister Act 2 - In Divine Mission (1993) and Cool Killers (1994). In 1994 she appeared as Eva in the play Kindertransport , which is about the event of the same name between 1938 and 1939. Other film appearances followed, such as in The Brady Family (1995), in which she played the lesbian Noreen, Denise speaks here (1995), in which she impersonated the title role, Johns (1996), in which she appeared as David Arquette's friend and Freeway (1996) in which she played a gang member. In 2011 she was the producer for the action comedy Poolboy: Drowning Out the Fury , in which she also worked as an actress.
