The Allgemeine Automobil-Gesellschaft Berlin GmbH was a German company for the production of automobiles in the legal form of a GmbH with headquarters in Berlin .
Company history
On November 28, 1899, the company registered a trademark for the abbreviation AAG as a brand name , which was registered on February 8, 1900. The manufacture of automobiles also began in 1900. In addition to producing its own model, AAG also sold motorized tricycles and electric cars from other manufacturers. Production ended in 1901. The Allgemeine Elektricitäts-Gesellschaft took over the company and founded the Neue Automobil-Gesellschaft (NAG) on this basis .

Georg Klingenberg designed the only model that was also called the Klingenberg car . It was a small car with a single cylinder engine and 5 hp . The maximum speed was given as 35 km / h. The first NAG model was based on this vehicle.
