Company history
The company from Magdeburg- Neustadt was founded in 1892. In 1902 the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Schulz . At least one vehicle took part in the Herkomer competition in 1905 . Automobile production ended in 1907. Trucks were built between 1906 and 1907.

The first car models appeared in 1902. In 1904 the 18 hp and 28 hp models were presented at an automobile exhibition in Berlin . The Bauer model was also presented in 1904 . A four-cylinder engine with 24 hp provided the drive. Perhaps this model was developed by the in bankruptcy geratenen . Süddeutsche motor car industry Noris Gebr Bauer adopted.
The trucks had two-cylinder engines with a displacement of 2300 cm³ .
