Boes & Co. was a German automobile manufacturer based in Berlin-Charlottenburg from 1903 to 1905 . The Jacob Boes company was founded in the 19th century as a bicycle repair shop.

From 1903 various automobiles with three and four wheels were offered, and Jacob Boes took some partners into the business. Among other things, Boes delivered to the imperial postal authorities, but also built powerhouses .

Although business was doing reasonably well, the company ultimately lacked capital; In 1905 the company had to be closed due to over-indebtedness.
