vehicles

License Amédée Bollée

The first models were created under license from Amédée Bollée. These vehicles were on sale for several years. One of the models was the 9/10 hp . The two-cylinder engine with 110 mm bore and 160 mm stroke had a displacement of 3041 cm³ and made 10 hp . The maximum speed was around 50 km / h.

De Dietrich exhibited a vehicle at the motor vehicle exhibition, which took place in Düsseldorf from September 17 to 24, 1898 . The hunting car offered space for five people on two benches and an emergency seat. The two-cylinder engine with 6 hp was installed in the front of the vehicle and powered the rear axle via belts and conical wheels. The transmission had four gears. The curb weight was given as 840 kg and the top speed with 30 km / h.

Vivinus license

In addition, the company manufactured a smaller and at the same time cheaper model range between 1899 and 1900 under a license from Vivinus . These were voiturettes with a single-cylinder engine and belt drive.

Developments by Ettore Bugatti

The vehicles that Ettore Bugatti designed from 1902 onwards had a four-cylinder engine . The smaller model was the 24/28 HP , according to other sources 20 HP or 24 HP . The cylinder bore was 114 mm, the stroke 130 mm; this resulted in a cubic capacity of 5308 cm³. The engine developed 28 hp. The wheelbase was 2395 mm and the track width was 1220 mm. The maximum speed was given as 85 km / h. The larger model with the designation 30/35 HP , according to other sources 24 HP , had an engine with 130 mm bore, 140 mm stroke and 7433 cm³ displacement.
