Company history
The company Magdeburger Motor- und Motorfahrzeug-Werke GmbH (MMW) from Magdeburg- Neustadt began producing automobiles in 1900. The brand name was Magdeburger . At the end of 1902 the name was changed to Magdeburger Motorwerke Max Stang & Co. At the same time, automobile production ended. Until the company was dissolved in 1905, only engines were made .
vehicles
The company made light automobiles. There were variants with face -to- face seating arrangements, with two bench seats facing the direction of travel, and delivery vans . The drive was provided by a single-cylinder engine , which was initially mounted in the rear of the vehicle and later in the front. A special feature was that the body could be folded up for maintenance and repair purposes.
