The company Otto Weiss & Co. was a German automobile manufacturer.

The company was based at Greifswalder Strasse 140 in Berlin . Motor vehicle production began in 1903 and ended in 1906. The brand name was Weiss .

Built automobiles named Herald to those of in its construction essentially Mason Union in Nuremberg met. They were equipped with engines with one, two or four cylinders and between 12 and 40 hp and had friction gears.

In March 1903, the company presented two tonneaus with 8 HP and 10 HP output, a bus for six people and a chassis at the German Motor Show in Berlin .

Because of the similarity of the products, there was a legal dispute with the Maurer Union, which they won. As a result, production had to be stopped and the company liquidated in order to settle the claims for damages from the patent infringements.
