The Westfälische Automobilgesellschaft Bernhard Feldmann & Co. was a car accessories dealer and automobile manufacturer in Soest . The agency for Fafnir engine kits under the name Omnimobil also produced passenger cars from 1905.

The Feldmann Mermaid had a two-cylinder -Blockmotor of Fafnir with 804 cc displacement and a power of 6 hp (4.4 kW) at 1800 min -1 . The engine power of the four-seater torpedo was transmitted to the rear wheels via a three-speed gearbox and chains . The achievable maximum speed was 50 km / h.
