The Hüttis & Hardebeck motor vehicle factory was a German commercial vehicle and automobile manufacturer based in Aachen from 1906 to 1907 .

Trucks and passenger cars with 10 HP, 24 HP and 28 HP power were built.

At the end of 1907 the company was taken over by Scheibler Automobil-Industrie GmbH , whereby from then on only trucks were produced under the changed company MULAG . With the purchase and specialization, Scheibler promised to get out of the economic difficulties that had existed since 1905. The name Hüttis & Hardebeck then no longer played a role in automobile construction.
