The Max Eisenmann & Company from Hamburg began producing automobiles in 1905. The brand name was Immermobil . Production ended in 1907.

The company made two different two-seater small cars. The smaller model 8 hp was a single-cylinder engine of De Dion-Bouton equipped. The larger models 10/12 PS had a four-cylinder engine of Reyrol on.
