NGC 6101 is the name of a globular cluster in the constellation Apus . It has an apparent magnitude of 9.2 mag and an angular diameter of 5 arc minutes .
Due to its southern position, it cannot be observed from Europe.
The property was built on June 1, 1826 by James Dunlop .
