Doreen Sioka
Doreen Nampiye Sioka (born September 18, 1960 in the Caprivi Strip , South West Africa , today Namibia ) is a Namibian politician for SWAPO and minister .
Sioka was the Pohamba II Cabinet Minister for Labor, Union Relations and Job Creation between 2012 and 2015 . From 2015 to 2020 she was then represented in the Geingob I cabinet as Minister for Equality and Child Welfare . Sioka already occupied this portfolio from 2005 to 2012. Since March 23, 2020, she has been Minister in the President's Office and responsible for poverty reduction and social welfare as well as equality and child welfare .
