history

The village was created during the colonization of the Bohemian border areas with Moravia by German settlers. Which at that time was the first mentioned Premonstratensian Seelau humble Dreihofen in 1360. As part of the monastery Seelauer goods reached courts in 1468 to the Trčka of Lípa . The Czech name Dworcze was used in the 15th and 16th centuries . Wilhelm Trčka von Lípa sold farms along with other places to the city of Jihlava in 1596 . The village belonging to the Iglauer Sprachinsel was mostly inhabited by Germans. When the city of Iglau divided up the Vestenhof in 1777 and bequeathed it to the Teltscher, Prokesch and Mathes Ohnsorg families, it was assigned to the cadastre of Höfen. Until the middle of the 19th century, Höfen remained subordinate to the city of Iglau.

After the abolition of patrimonial Höfen / Dvorce formed from 1850 a district of the municipality Steindorf in the district of Polná . Vestenhof has now been connected to Zeil . In 1878 Höfen became part of the Deutschbrod district and had formed its own community since the 1880s. On November 3, 1887, the place received a railway connection with the inclusion of the line from Veselí nad Lužnicí to Iglau by the Bohemian-Moravian Transversal Railway. After the Second World War, the German residents were expelled in 1945 . In 1949 the municipality of Dvorce was assigned to the Okres Jihlava-okolí. In 1961, Dvorce came to Cejle as a district and was also added to the Okres Jihlava . The Dvorce municipality has existed again since 1990.

On December 15, 2007, the residents of Dvorce and Hubenov rejected the proposed Rohozná nuclear waste disposal site by a clear majority in referendums and instructed the municipalities to prevent this.
