The EBSA Snooker European Championships in 2013 was the 22nd edition of the European Billiards and Snooker Association hosted European Championship in Snooker . It took place from May 28th to June 6th 2013 at the Olympic Sport Center in Zielona Góra in Poland .

The Finn Robin Hull became European champion for the second time after 1997 with a 7-2 win in the final against the Welshman Gareth Allen and thus received a starting place for the Main Tour seasons 2013/14 and 2014/15 .

The 76 participants were divided into twelve groups of six or seven players each, in which they competed against each other in round robin mode . The four best placed in each group qualified for the final round, which was played in the knockout system .
