Season course
The championship and participation in the promotion round secured the VfB Lübeck. VfB Kiel was also allowed to take part in second place. Lübeck finished his group level on points with the two promoters TuS Lingen and VfL 93 Hamburg in third place, while Kiel finished his group in last place. As a result, both missed the ascent. Since TSV Büsum and Eutin 08 were tied on points and goals, a playoff had to be carried out that Büsum could win. As a result, Eutin was passed from the Oberliga to the Landesliga and rose 20 years after his promotion from the Association League. SV Olympia Bad Schwartau had to relegate after one season, SV Eintracht Segeberg after two seasons.
