The Association League Schleswig-Holstein was held for the 48th time in the 1994/95 season and formed the substructure of the fourth-class Hamburg / Schleswig-Holstein Oberliga. The first-placed team rose directly, while the second-placed team had to play relegation games against the runner-up from the Association League Hamburg (depending on the relegated from the Regionalliga Nord). The teams in the last three places had to relegate to the national league.

Compared to the 1993/94 season , the composition of the league changed as follows: Holstein Kiel II, Heider SV, SV Sereetz, TSV Pansdorf, 1.FC Phönix Lübeck, Itzehoer SV, TSB Flensburg and Flensburg 08 were in the Hamburg / Schleswig- Holstein up, while no team from Schleswig-Holstein was relegated from the Oberliga Nord. The two relegated members had left the association league and were promoted by the ten promoted TSV Nord Harrislee ( promotion after six years), TSV Plön ( promotion after four years), Schleswig 06 (promotion after nine years), SV Olympia Bad Schwartau (promotion after two years ), Eichholzer SV (promotion after eleven years) TSV Altenholz , SV Eichede , Leezener SC (all three for the first time in the highest amateur league in Schleswig-Holstein), TuS Schwarz-Weiß Elmschenhagen (promotion after 46 years) and TSV Büsum (promotion after one season ) replaced.

Season course
The championship secured the TSV Nord Harrislee. Together with the runner-up VfR Neumünster, he was promoted directly to the Hamburg / Schleswig-Holstein Oberliga. Since three teams from Schleswig-Holstein were relegated from the Oberliga, the last four teams had to leave the association league: Wiker SV after three seasons and SV Olympia Bad Schwartau, Eichholzer SV and TuS Schwarz-Weiß Elmschenhagen after one season.
