The Schleswig-Holstein Association League was played for the 46th time in the 1992/93 season and formed the substructure of the third-class Oberliga Nord. The two first-placed teams were allowed to take part in the promotion round to the Oberliga Nord. The teams in the last three places had to relegate to the national league.

Compared to the 1991/92 season , the composition of the league changed as follows: No team was promoted to the Oberliga Nord, while no team from Schleswig-Holstein was relegated from the Oberliga Nord. The three relegated members had left the association league and were replaced by the three promoted Wiker SV ( promotion after five years), BSC Brunsbüttel ( promotion after six years) and Bramstedter TS (for the first time in the highest amateur league in Schleswig-Holstein).

Season course

The championship and participation in the promotion round secured the VfB Lübeck. Heider SV was also allowed to take part in second place. While Lübeck finished his group as the winner and rose, Heide Preußen had to admit defeat Hameln . BSC Brunsbüttel had to relegate after one season, TSV Büsum after five seasons. Blau-Weiß Friedrichstadt pulled his team back to the district league after 16 years.
