The women's 100 meter hurdles at the 1993 World Athletics Championships was held on August 19 and 20, 1993 in the Gottlieb Daimler Stadium in Stuttgart .

In this competition, the US hurdlers won two gold and bronze medals. The world champion was the World Cup second over 100 m hurdles in 1991 and Olympic champion in 1992 over 100 meters Gail Devers , who had also won gold here in Stuttgart over 100 meters four days earlier. Silver went to the Russian Marina Asjabina . Lynda Tolbert took third place .
