List of the bishops of Wroclaw
The List of Bishops of Wroclaw introduces the Bishops , Prince-Bishops and Archbishops of the Archdiocese of Wroclaw .
The religious center is the Wroclaw Cathedral of St. John the Baptist (Polish: Bazylika Archikatedralna św. Jana Chrzciciela).
The bishops are supported by the auxiliary bishops in Wroclaw .

Vladislav of Silesia | 1268 | 1270 | Wladislaw had already tried to secure the bishopric in Bamberg (1257) and Passau (1265) and was finally raised to the position of Archbishop of Salzburg (1265-1270). When he was finally elected Bishop of Wroclaw, he did not want to give up the office in Salzburg and the Pope therefore refused to give his consent, so that he only worked as an administrator in Wroclaw . | |||

Heinrich von Liegnitz | 1379 | 1381 | Heinrich came from the Silesian Piast family and was the non-ruling Duke of Liegnitz . Due to the unstable religious conditions, he was appointed as administrator. After the Wroclaw Beer War , he handed the office over to his brother. | |||
Wenceslas of Liegnitz | 1382 | 1417 | Wenzel succeeded his brother Heinrich von Liegnitz as administrator (1381-1382) and then accepted the dignity of a bishop. He resigned in 1417 and lived at Ottmachau Castle , where he died in 1419. |
