coat of arms

The coat of arms was awarded to the community on June 7, 1980 by Governor Andreas Maurer (politician) . The blue-red coloring is reminiscent of the former affiliation to the Lichtenstein rulership of Wilfersdorf. The hand of the oath indicates that the parish of Lower Sulz belongs to the Heiligenkreuz Abbey , and the grape indicates the widespread viticulture in the community. The waves in the lower area refer to the hilly landscape surrounding the municipality.
