Nuaillé-d'Aunis is a French commune with 1,139 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017), in the department of Charente-Maritime and in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Poitou-Charentes ) is located. It belongs to the arrondissement of La Rochelle and the canton of Marans (until 2015: canton of Courçon ). The inhabitants are called Nuaillais .

Nuaillé-d'Aunis is about 15 kilometers east-northeast of La Rochelle . Nuaillé-d'Aunis is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Marans in the north and north-west, Saint-Jean-de-Liversay in the north-east, Ferrières in the east, Saint-Sauveur-d'Aunis in the south and south-east, Angliers in the south and south-west and Longèves in the West.
The Route nationale 11 runs through the south of the municipality .
