The ring wall Johannisberg is an Outbound Ringwallanlage ( Wallburg ) at 605  m above sea level. NHN on the Johannisberg south of Freudenberg in the Amberg-Sulzbach district in Bavaria .

Of the approximately 15 hectare prehistoric hillside settlement with a ring wall , only the remains of ramparts and moats have survived . Today the ring wall is registered as a soil monument D-3-6537-0008 "Prehistoric ring wall, hilltop settlements of the Late Bronze Age, the Urnfield Age and the Hallstatt Age" by the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation .
