The Postal defiant Emperor , also Trutzkaiser called, was a tower of the castle Rupprechtstein . It is located in the Kirchenreinbach district of the Upper Palatinate municipality of Etzelwang in the Amberg-Sulzbach district of Bavaria . It is located 100 meters south-east of Rupprechtstein Castle and approx. 850 m south-west of Kirchenreinbach. It is listed by the Bavarian State Office for the Preservation of Monuments under monument number D-3-6435-0046 as the "medieval castle stables". and is registered in the soil monuments of the Etzelwang municipality.
history
Nothing is known about the origin of this defensive tower; one can assume, however, that the Lords of Rupprechtstein in the 13th century as the builders of Rupprechtstein Castle should also be addressed for this upstream tower.
