Sauzet lies at an altitude of approx. 280 meters above sea level. d. M. on the southwestern edge of the Massif Central in the area of the Causse de Limogne . Sauzet is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Albas in the north and northwest, Cambayrac in the east and northeast, Villesèque in the east and southeast, Bagat-en-Quercy in the south and Carnac-Rouffiac in the west.
